Details Details Close Description Very cool water color Building and street presentation from an Architect, medical building project by Bill Spencer Builder / Designer proposed medical center (ten suites) cutting Blvd and 37th St. possibly in Oakland California. Very good condition for his age under a film plastic protection, very trend as a design perspective! You can see the design of the cars definitely 60’s. The water color doesn’t have a frame, the black surrounding is a paper under who look like a frame and also the grey paper is just here to re-enforce the back.
