It is signed “P. Keil” in the lower right corner and a Certificate of Authenticity from the artist is adhered to the verso. The art is in excellent condition along with the frame. The plexiglass has a minor flaw as pictured. This piece was purchased by the Bowen family as a routine purchase from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter.
