Hand Woven Split Bamboo Cane Herringbone Floor Mat

An amazing antique textile find, this set of 2 woven linen towels have hand embroidered details in red embroidery thread and delicate fringed edges. One towel has a floral clover leaf design, the other one has a stylized sun. Stored for many years, the vintage late 19th-century linen towels are in good condition showing wear consistent with their age and use including several small worn spots as shown in the listing photographs.
