Decent, middle of the road binoculars good for deer hunting. The hinge wore out. I thought, what the heck, send them in for repair. If the repair is to expensive, chunk them and buy another pair. Nikon said they were too old to repair but that they carried a lifetime warranty so they sent me a new pair, model 7485 10X25. That folks is customer service.
