My Monarchs are probably 15 + years old. They replaced (free of charge) one of the eye adjusting cups once and I just lost another one. So I called in to order the part and they told me that I would have to send them in. He told me they have a lifetime warranty so there is no charge. He said, since they are older, if they cannot find the part they will send me a new pair free of charge.
