Details Details Close Description Richard Johnston was a professor at California State University and also professor at University of Utah from 1968 to 1990. From 1983 to 1986, he also was director of the Salt Lake Art Center. Johnston left the University of Utah in 1990 and returned to direct the Robert Fullerton Museum of Art at California State University in San Bernardino. He ran that museum for its first six years and taught at CSUSB for 25 years, retiring in 2015. It is an exceptional sculpture of outstanding quality and design….all hand welded by Richard and you can see NO seam anywhere on the sculpture.
